[dropcap]RECKLESS[/dropcap] is a long-term portrait series focused on the myriad of different artists that live and work in New York City. Every shoot is a collaboration between the artist and myself; Each subject brings his or her own clothes and ideas in how they want to express themselves.
RECKLESS is an honest and fluid way to capture the essence of who these individuals are.

“I had a pretty good job at a law firm in the (British Virgin) Islands. My house overlooked the water, it was paradise. And then I was like, ‘Wait a second, everyone is trying to tell me what to do with my life. I don’t want to do this’. I moved here, wanted to go into the arts, and that’s what I’ve been about. I don’t care about making that much. I mean, I do care about making money off of my art, but I’ll get there, if it’s supposed to happen. I just wanna be happy in whatever it is I do.”
